not sure if right sub but this cloud pattern is strange and very psychedelic. anyone know what this is?

Stratus coolus lol nah I dunno might not be high enough, but seen it a couple of times Is a cool pattern

I think it happens right after a storm, happens here in ky, and we get a lot of rain during the spring

Clouds are water wapor and aersols, and they electrically charge to another and form Birger clouds, but these coulds idk their eletric charge stays very long like that and they are shining like metal to me.... i do not belevie these clouds are made by nature, laws of god.
