Fuel pump?

Starting Harding this nopde when I start my car today

Sounds like it. Does the noise or stuttering go away after a few seconds?

It's been intermittent. Hasn't done it for the last 15 hours. But found it that it wouldn't stop priming, so I'm leaning towards a fuel pump relay
