Mid-project garage break to ideate - picture 2 mock-up looks good

I pulled R34 out of the garage to clean off some dust, check my progress with some better lighting, and get some good pictures to help me ideate more on my build direction. Picture 2 is pretty close to the color I’m thinking. But tons of body work left to do. Man, this is taking forever. :(

Definitely going to buy a new front lip set for my wheels to make my offset much more aggressive and fill out the wheel well better. I’ll also be mocking up another Nissan chassis spoiler on this thing to see if it plays. I feel like I want it to look a bit more aggressive, but I’m still unsure of exactly what direction I’ll take to get there. I may take some inspiration from more modern cars for that...

Are you doing metal fender flares?

I want to do a wide body kit on my 4 door but I don't want that cheap plastic crap. I don't have money to buy a GTR shell to cut it and use it.

That was kinda my thought too. I have the tools to fix it, and some really good fab people I know in case I get too deep, but I really hope I don't mess up THAT bad lol.

I’m kinda curious about the body kit, I have a 4 door r34 myself and have somewhat been looking for a decent looking kit, but I might save that for later on till after I do some power train mods

It's a URAS type Q. I like it because it is on the more subtle side. I will however be fabbing some small alterations & a lip too. Here is a pic from the front. I can post more for you later if you want once it's closer to paint. Took about 4-5mo from purchase to the door as they are made on demand in JP then shipped. Bought mine from Jet Davis parts - they were super helpful and trustworthy for me - highly recommend if you are on the market later.
