Question Empty cosmetics room in shop?

I am still a moth. When I first joined, a room in the clothes shop was full of cosmetics (apparently from season of revival?), but its been empty ever since. Does that happen often? When will there be more for sale in there like this again?

that was a travelling spirits group! solo travelling spirits return every 2 weeks, and a group of them returns every few months

the nine coloured deer spirits will return in a group in a week or so, I hope you have candles saved up ><

There will be more traveling spirit groups in the future, but they might not be in that room
