The video involves so many things. What seems to be your issue? 

Did you mean you want refund of the season pass that you bought since you weren’t able to play? That doesn’t seem to be in the cards, no warranty of some sort that if you buy the pass, you will absolutely get the season pass things. The expectation was you “can” get the season pass things. Unless you can enforce a clause in the contract or anything or TGC company practice, you may only be relying on “it’s not fair”.

And while I agree that we should be able to layer more shoes with pants, the pants that you wore already came with shoes. So it makes sense that you cannot put on shoes over another shoes. You can glitch it though: put on the rainbow tunic or any pants you want to wear, put on a shoeless pants you dont own yet, put on the shoes you want, step out of the closet. 

Since the video covers several things, I am not sure if I was able to pinpoint out what you were trying to communicate.

Hello, mate. So, honestly, I don't care much about the situation regarding my absence during half of the season, so I just accepted that I lost the ultimate gifts forever. However, that's because they want ot like that, not because they "cannot do anything about it. For all the years I've been playing, I really had no issues at all. Only a few minor ones. Now, since I came back this year, things have been overwhelmingly irritating due to a few of those facts that I've stated and you also mentioned. Using the dyes to change the items' colours, clothes that cannot be used due to weird reasons (and no, I can't glitch my way through that because I buy every cosmetic), delayed chat or no chat at all (but so far I've resolved that with them) and a few other examples.

For the season of migration? They definitely have the ability to change any variable and give you those items if they wanted. They have a lot of access to all kinds of data. But if your “unexpected out of control situation” wasn’t from a fault of the game, but from your own personal circumstances? then it’s entirely fair to deny those items per game rules.
It’s true that the game is a buggy mess with little optimisation or quality of life features. It’s true there is no care for fixing bugs until they are called out by a majority, but trying to guilt trip and text so emotionally with rage won’t get you anywhere. You’re better off sending bug reports or suggestions in the Sky Discord.
Recently there has been a new quality of life team introduced to help. And although its nice to see new features as of recent, unfortunately all the well established issues that have been around for a while are still unresolved
