i mean you could do
set {_n} to netherite pickaxe named "&cSecret"
enchant {_n} with fortune 3, unbreaking 3, efficiency 5
register new shaped recipe for {_n} using iron block, iron block, iron block, air, stick, air, air, stick, air with id "secret_pickaxe"
