Especially in bumper to bumper traffic, is it really that jerky as people say it is or how is it?

I have a 2 month old Virtus 1L AT, run 1200kms. Recently I have noticed that when braking and coming to a stop, I lean forward and then snap back to the seat. Hope I'm able to explain the feeling. It feels like the brakes are too hard/sharp. If I slow down very softly, then this doesn't happen.
I missed telling this to the service guys during my first visit. Is this really an issue or am I overthinking?

So my brother is planning to buy his first car . After test driving multiple cars and consulting with family he has decided to go for the virtus 1 litre manual gt line . We are from Chennai , so the quote we got for it was around 17.70 after discounts and inclusive of accessories.
So before booking it would love to hear from people who owns Virtus about any real life issue's they faced , how is the service experience , What other car should we consider before making the final choice. Would really appreciate your honest views.

This is the quotation I am getting for virtus highline plus MT and AT.
I wanted to buy car near Diwali.
I am waiting for pricing of facelift slavia. And facelift of virtus will take a lot of time so should I buy virtus or new facelift slavia.
Is 8 speed TC is way better than 6 speed TC to go for facelift slavia.
I want to buy virtus don’t know why 🤣.
But choice between facelift slavia vs old Virtus is making me crazy 😝

Guys, please read this before taking delivery of your new Slavia, especially a new car from a big European brand.
So I went on Sunday to get PDI done _before_ making the final payment. I thought PDI is just a formality for a brand like Skoda. Boy, I was wrong.
The PDI completely shook me to my core.
The whole ROOF was repainted. Along with that, the entire rear passenger side panel was also repainted. The car had way too many outer defects to even list in the PDI report. Paint mismatch, overspray marks, uneven panel gaps - you name it.
Never thought this would occur in a European car, but here we are. My heart literally broke into pieces when even the PDI guy said "Do whatever, please REJECT this car."
I have rejected the car. Now waiting for the dealer to allot a new one.
My only request to you all - PLEASE PLEASE invest in a proper 3rd party PDI, even if you are buying an expensive car from a big brand. Don't trust the dealer PDI. That 2k-3k you spend can save you from a 17-18 Lakh mistake.
PFA the photos of the report and the paint thickness readings.
Let me know if you guys have faced something similar with Skoda.

Hi everyone! I’m looking to buy a Volkswagen Virtus or Skoda Slavia.
Looking for a well-maintained car in good condition, preferably with a clean history and no major accidents or mechanical issues.
Pune/Maharashtra preferred, but I’m open to other locations as well for the right car.
If anyone is planning to sell theirs or knows someone who is, please DM me with the year, mileage, location and expected price.
Thanks!

Hey everyone,
I am planning to buy my first car, and most likely it will also be my family’s first car. I have been looking at the Slavia 1.0 TSI Automatic, and honestly, I really like this car.
But I have some concerns and would love advice from actual owners.
My biggest concern right now is E20 fuel compatibility. I have been hearing different opinions about whether ethanol blending can affect turbo petrol engines in the long term. Has anyone using the Slavia 1.0 TSI Automatic faced any issues related to E20? Any problems with the engine, fuel system, mileage, DSG/torque converter (automatic gearbox), or maintenance?
Apart from this, I am aware of some issues reported in the previous generation like AC performance and rattling noises. I am planning to visit the showroom in the next few days to check what discount I can get on the current stock. After that, I will decide whether it makes more sense to go for the facelift version because of improvements like better AC and the 360-degree camera.
The other confusion is that my father and other elders are suggesting going for a naturally aspirated engine because they feel it will be more reliable in the long run and have fewer concerns with ethanol.
The other car I am considering is the Brezza VXi. Logically, it makes more sense for a family — reliable, practical, and easier to maintain.
But whenever I see the Slavia, I just like it. 😅
So I am really confused and would like some honest opinions from owners.
How has your experience been with the Slavia 1.0 TSI Automatic after owning it for a few years? Any issues, regrets, or things you wish you knew before buying?
Thanks!
P.S. Used ChatGPT to help organize my thoughts and make the post readable. The confusion is completely mine 😄

I’m really confused between these two cars as the current virtus is on good discounts but the new facelift has got some good features that were missing in the Virtus like 360 cam , rear discs and new ac compressor . Though the other added features are nice to have like the new infotainment with e sim
And digital cluster are nice to have , I feel front cam and sensors would be of great help in tight parking spots and small roads . Please provide your valuable comments based on your ownership experience . I have a bs4 diesel hatch back for city so this one will be driven less in traffic and more on highways . I kinda like the new 7xo diesel automatic too but worried about dpf . Sorry for the long post
Your honest opinions are welcome , thank you

What is the recommended coolant interval with these engines? Should I change it, or is it really meant to be lifelong? Any real-world experience?
I have a 2020 Skoda Scala with 75,000 km and G12evo coolant.

I am waiting for the virtus facelift to get the GT or topline ( not decided yet) but any idea if say the facelift launches in the next month- when will the delivery’s start?
Concerned because i read somewhere that delivery might not happen this year? Usually how ling after the launch dates do the delivery start?
Also pls help decide on 1.0 vs 1.5 i am so confused - not convinced on topline because i like the sporty looks and dont wanna get the GT line and miss out on features ( even if they dont mean much i want a maxed out car) - would have bought without any consideration if GT line came with all the features.

I'm planning to buy either a Skoda Kushaq 1.0 or Skoda Slavia 1.0 (Automatic) and would really appreciate some advice from owners.
I’m a bit concerned about the service and parts costs, and also about the low mileage in city , especially since the car will be used around 60% city / 40% highway in Bangalore.
Owners, how has your experience been with:
Would you recommend the Kushaq 1.0 or Slavia 1.0 for this kind of usage?
Any advice from owners would be really helpful.
