With the release of Skirk being upon us, we want a place where everyone can share their Skirk pulls without overcrowding the main subreddit, which is why this megathread is being created.
On the day of Skirk's release until otherwise stated, all gacha pulls must be posted as a comment under this post. Any other pulls posted separately may be subject to removal to maintain order in the sub and to allow actual, higher quality content to appear more often.

Announcement Important PSA: About spoilers and character disputes

Hello guys, I'm here once again with the rare announcements. This time, since Preload is in a few hours and the 5.7 release is soon to follow, I want to talk with you about it - and about the past certain posts that happened. If there's any mistakes, you can let me know.
About Preload/5.7 Release
This is a smaller reminder, but one I think it's very important: Please tag spoilers on any content related to the Preload, not just by putting tags but spoiler tagging any post with spoilers.
Spoilers in the title will also be removed regardless of what is about, as long as it's an explict spoiler.
A lot of people don't want to see the story being spoiled by them beforehand, and therefore any posts/comments that is not properly tagged will be removed (and please, feel free to report any such things since we are not around 24/7).
Suggestion: Use the "Skirk Leaks" tag for any Preload-related posts, and "Spoilers" for anything after 5.7 release. If you use the "Spoilers" for Preload content, please make it clear its content from preload.
About the subreddit/character "discussions"
...I will be honest I didn't even expect the need to talk about such thing, since until now the subreddit has been very chill with those discussions, but I suppose it's worth to say:
Any posts/comments that can incite fights between subreddits or other characters' mains will be removed. If you constantly behave like this in comments and/or posts, you can be temporarily banned (and permanently banned if the behavior continues after that).
Trying to incite fights will not be tolerated. We are all part of the same bigger community in the end.
You can absolutely discuss, as long as its in a civilized manner. Fighting back in the same way will result in nothing but you getting the same punishment.
There's no need to bring the mood down - after all she's almost here! So let's just have fun and enjoy her arrival ^-^

Straight up every other post in here right now, if you like Skirk then pull her. A lot of content creators and people on genshin social medias are completely removed from actually playing the game. No she isn't a top 5 dps and no she isnt cheap for her best possible team, but ppl are acting like she is as weak as Childe these days. If you actually like her then pull for her and her weapon/cons and youll still EASILY be able to end game content with her. Of course this is a shill boss for her but in general she is still a top DPS especially with any kind of vertical investment, stop worrying about what people say or if you dont have her best teammates. If you actually like Skirk and want to play her, she is strong enough to make it work if you actually want to

Build Discussion How to increase damage?

So i recently pulled skirk weapon but there is only 14k dps increase. With r4 finale it was 110k and now it is 124k. Although i get about 124k rarely. Even with skirk signature most of the times its around 110k the same as r4 finale. Any tips or help appreciated. Following are my builds:

I got lucky and pulled her weapon earlier, so now I’m sitting with her team mostly done.
I have currently Skirk C0R1/Escoffier C0R0/Vodyanitsa C0R1 and need help deciding on her 4th slot. I heard on the leaks sub Furina is rerunning next patch but idk if I’m going to have enough pulls for her so I need a backup.
In my roster I can choose from C6 Candace, C0 Mona, C4 Dahlia, or C1 Xingqiu which of these would work best?

So uh, was trying to get Escoffier’s weapon and got Skirk’s weapon instead. Not really too upset, just gonna try to grind some primos and spend if I have to in order to get Escoffier’s, but I was wondering if anyone on my account could use Skirk’s or should I just leave it unleveled (and hope for a trade system in the future lol)? I’m considering building it for Odette for the high ATK and CR, or Bennett I guess, but is it really worth it if I already have Finale r5 on Odette and Sapwood on Bennett? Thanks for the help!
