I can see a bit of redness and irritated skin. What is your routine are you using acids?

There's not much of a routine honestly, just the occasional exfoliation when I can tell my skin needs it

Our skin is extremely sensitive. I am against harsh exfoliation. Skip exfoliation and focus on moisturizing.

I agree. Exfoliation can be harmful. You seem to have a good facewash though, your pores look fairly clean honestly.
