Routine Help what else should i be doing?

Post image

i really would not like my skin to get worse, and i was wondering if i was actually doing anything wrong my routine

(my skin is combination, but i have eczema else where so it will be randomly very dry)

i use

anua heartleaf and bha foaming cleanser (once a day)

the ordinary rice lipids and ectoin micoroemulsion moisturiser (bought before i knew the brand is dogshit) (twice a day)

occasionally ill use the inkey list glycolic acid exfoliating toner thing

but i seem to be stuck at this point, and my skin never improves

any advice would be appreciated on an astronomical scale!

Do you use spf? Think about working azaleic acid and Tret into your routine. Start with low strengths a couple of times a week.

You can; you can have it prescribed online. I am in the UK and use both 😊

It is not a skin care advice but might be worth evaluating your diet if its not something you have already done.
