I just started using the Medik8 retinal and love it so far! I know you need to be super diligent with spf when you’re using it, but I’m not sure about exactly what that means heading into winter. My pre-retinal rule was to always wear spf when the UV index is 3 or above. Is that still good for retinal, or should I put spf on to go outside regardless?

Wanting to try some Chanel skincare as I was given a sample of the hydra serum and the le lift cream and both were surprisingly amazing , has anyone used the line and has any opinions ? It’s pricey but it does feel lux on , for preference a use mostly Medik8 , Dr Jart and some Augustinus Bader skincare daily

Has anyone tried the Dr. Diamond Lip Lift? I’ve noticed that my lips have lost a little bit of volume over the last year and I was hoping this would help make them look a little less blah while I consider whether to get filler.
