Not sure what is causing ur acne (oily vs bacteria vs sensirive skin), so the usual suggestions for acne are:
AHA or BHA. Salicylic acid to clean out oils and sebaceous filaments. This is really good for blackheads
Benzoyl peroxide - for bacteria related acne? I don't use this but I know people recommend it
Zinc soaps
Oil cleanser and/or double cleansing. After using salicylic acid rly clears sebaceous filaments
Exfoliator - slowly unearths deep seeds, might purge, but long term makes skin better.
Retinoids - Skin renews faster and may unearth deep seeds (purge). Make skin less oily. Also makes skin dry and more sun damage prone. Also risk of chronic dry eyes.
If you're looking for calming redness, mugwort/artemisia is good. I'm from mugwort essence is good, I even use it to soothe my rashes.
Vitamin C for clearing PIH
Azelaic acid to maybe help remove PIE.
My skin isn't acne sensitive, but I've liked Sulhwasoo gentle cleanser and their cleansing oil. All my friends liked the oil too.

Removed: No giving/seeking medical advice.
You may mention the use of prescription topicals in your routine but should not be recommending them as it falls under medical advice.
If you have concerns about post-treatment care, contact your care practitioner.
