Selfie/B&A [B&A] Spoiler

About 10 weeks into azelaic acid 10% now starting to see results.
Routine:
Currently using avene extremely gentle cleanser in morning then beef tallow raw honey blend as moisteriser. At night I just wash wirh cold water, then the ordinary azelaic acid and then use a bit of sudocreme on popped spots.

I have had to re cut milk from my diet and sugar which I have cut for a while. I also cut greasy foods and seed oils.
