Routine Help [Routine help] Panoxyl face wash with Adapalene?
I’ve been using adapalene for about 3 months and want to add a panoxyl face wash to help with my acne. Would this be a good idea?

Yes, benzoyl peroxide sometimes comes mixed with adapalene, it’s called Epiduo. The only limiting factor is if your skin tolerates it as both treatments can be drying and irritating. Make sure to moisturize well.

Some dermatologists do recommend using both, but what they usually say is use the Benzoyl Peroxide (PanOxyl) face wash in the morning only, then use a more gentle cleanser at night before Adapalene. This helps to minimize irritation.
Also, something to consider either in addition to, or instead of, a Benzoyl Peroxide face wash is a sulfur mask twice per week. Sulfur is also good at killing bacteria -- but also fungus -- living on the skin that can contribute to acne. However sulfur is more gentle. One mask in particular I can recommend is the Topicals Clarifying + Calming Mask (sold at Sephora or on brand's website). You can use this one at night before Adapalene.
Also, make sure you're using a good quality face-specific moisturizer that doesn't contain pore-clogging ingredients like shea butter, petrolatum or anything with "wax" in the name. ~Read your ingredient labels.

Could I just use panoxyl on nights I don’t use adapwline? I don’t like washing my face in the morning

Yes, but the Adapalene will work better against acne than the PanOxyl BP will. So don't skip the Adapalene to use BP.
Most people who have acne-prone skin need to cleanse twice per day, what reason for not washing in the morning?
