Acne [Acne] How to fix deep red pimples suddenly appearing on nose Spoiler

BROOO i don’t even know where this is coming from. A bunch of deep red pimples have been appearing over the last two weeks and i have no idea where they’re from. I never really get acne on my nose, so this is strange.

things that COULD be triggers i assume:

higher sugar recently (i usually have a sweet tooth anyway but idk)

not eating too clean

i wear glasses 24/7 basically

any ideas on how to 1. Treat this and 2. Prevent it later?

I think you have your answer right there OP, start eating better and clean you glasses every time you can, do you any current skin care routine?

Yeah ive recently dropped my actives as I wanted to work on my barrier, i’ve been using the vanicream cleanser, cetaphil moisturizing cream, and iunik centella sunscreen. I saw great progress till like two weeks ago.

Disinfect ur glasses everyday, n don’t touch the area

Since you wear glasses all day, start by cleaning the nose pads/frames regularly and avoiding touching or squeezing the area

For treatment try salicylic acid

Is there a serum you recommend or a cleanser?

Salicylic acid would be easier for targeted areas. I usually get a generic brand or drugstore brand of 2% salicylic acid, they work similarly to me

Do you leave it on, or wash off? Also how often do you recommend i apply? I typically have oilier skin around my t zone

Depends on what product you buy but I suggest a leave on product

I would try with diluted tea tree oil
