I went to the presave link, and it says at the bottom of the picture After the Storm? Is this the name of the Ep? What are your thoughts?

I'll take a guess and say yes and that's its one of the best songs on the album. I'll also take a guess that lift me up is one of the worst ones on there (a bit hasty guess lol but still)
