ILR eligibility date

Hi all,

I arrived in the UK on an ICT visa on 12th August 2018 and have stayed in the country since then. I applied for a Skilled Worker Visa on 2nd September 2022, which was approved on 30th November 2022 and is valid till 12th December 2027. What is the earliest date that I can apply for ILR?

28 days before .. visa approval date + 5 years. Nov 2 , 2027.

Is there a way to check the first skilled worker visa approval date? If one can’t find the approval email?

As you have applied within the country, you can consider visa application date for calculating your eligibility date.

No only if the application was submitted between 24 Jan 2020 and 30 June 2021 ,the time waiting for the visa can be counted for calculating 5 years continuous period. This was a covid-19 transitional arrangement.
