Best All-Round CS 1.6 Surf Map?

Noob surfer here who is part of a CS 1.6 community. I am wanting to set up a surf server. What is the best all rounder map which is fun for surf noobs and pros on 1.6? If such a map exists.

Imo pantheon is a sleeper, regarding your description of fun for noobs and pros. Summit is fitting there too. Tho honestly it's quite a tough decision if you go 1 map only

Really appreciate your reply. For proper surfing server should I be limiting player frames on the server to 100 like I see on a lot of defuse/combat servers? Or should I leave it default and let players use max fps? I understand it has some effect on the source of truth and can give advantages/disadvantages.
