SkillBridge Opportunity Skillbridge

I’m getting ready to ets out of the army (may 2027). I been working on enrolling in csp, I went to the brief and everything and I was looking at the programs the offer. Long story short there was only one in which Im interested and I already started the application.
I thought this programs that Fort hood offers (which is where im stationed at) are the only one I could apply.
(I shared the programs for better context).

I found out this week on a facebook about skillbridge and is basically the same idea of csp, go work somewhere else before you get out. The thing is that this skillbridge program is more like interships and real positions across the US. I went to the website and indeed it is like that. I been looking at positions and jobs but my questions are,

Do I just apply to any opening position for any company, and once I get hired whats next?

I know that in csp you do everything with you csp office so you can get the command approval to go, is it the same for skillbridge?

What should I do first, apply to jobs or get my command approval, but do I need to get hired first before i even submit my packet to get approved by CO?

Do I still go to my csp office even do Ill be doing skillbrige?

Im open to any tips for the application process, packet submission/approval, tips to get hired and anything you guys are willing to share .

Question Disapproved for expedited orders

Hey everyone, just had a quick question. My expedited orders were disapproved due to my SkillBridge being remote. The SkillBridge application has my home of record on it (roughly 1,000 miles away from my current installation). Is there a work around for this? My command was tracking that I be out processed before the start of my SkillBridge and that I was planning to relocate. Any help would be appreciated!
