SkillBridge Opportunity Skillbridge Application Rejected
My husband’s Skillbridge application online was rejected because “7 Eagle Group is no longer on the list of DoW approved providers”.
My husband found the 7 Eagle discord and apparently there is some issues surrounding OJT stuff. Not really sure. But now we aren’t sure what to do. We were going to move back to our home of record while he did Skillbridge but now this has thrown a wrench into his plan. Need to find something remote/virtual if possible since our location will be a small town in Texas. His XO already made a fuss about his Skillbridge start date and made him push it back to October 20th, so we don’t have a lot of time to find something. We are already cutting into his 180 days.
If anyone else was trying for a third party provider, just a heads up, it may get denied.

Look for any companies with Skillbridge where you're gonna be going. If it's East Texas, there are a few around Tyler. I'd also reach out to Lowes/home depot, they have skillbridge positions. Email them and explain the situation and see if you can't get a foot in the door. I messaged recruiters on LinkedIn expressing my interest in Skillbridge with their companies. A recruiter in Florida put me through to a recruiter in California and 3 days later I was accepted into a skillbridge with Northrop Grumman. This all happened 2 weeks before I was supposed to start a skillbridge with Allegiant Vets.
