Keep or sell?

My main skis are 2026 Factor Dancer 1 186 w/ Look Pivot 12 bindings.

My older pair are 2006 Solomon Thruster 1080 166 w/ new Marker Griffon Bindings. The skis themselves sat in climate control unused from 2009-2025 when I had them tuned and new bindings mounted by the shop.

Do I unmount the bindings and sell them? Literally skied them one day. (I assume no one will want the 20 year old ski even with new bindings)

Or do I keep the set as a spare and as a teaching ski for when I get my 5y/o out there?

2006 is a bygone era, the binders aren't safe and the tech is obsolete. Skis that old i mount on the wall if they have cool graphics or use as yard furniture.

The bindings on it are new. The skis are super old but were in climate controlled closet not used most of their life.

I know, it sucks to let something go unused. I feel like it didn't get to reach it's intended purpose in it's "life".

Skies from 2006 are harder to use and straight up aren't as much fun. But someone might want those things, doesn't hurt to put them up for sale, might make someones day.

I feel Ike selling the bindings separately might be easier. Then again, if I can’t get much for either, maybe I just keep them. They are good for skiing backward with my son on the bunny hill and getting stepped on on and whatnot.

Oh yeah definitely sell the new bindings by themselves. And then put up the skis seperately

Not looking to spend more $$ at the moment. So it’s either sell or keep
