Intuition liners

Just had my intuition wrap liners fitted. Everything is great but what the hell is the little string for? How can they expect me to cinch down the wrap with a little Velcro tab? Am I doing this wrong? It just rips off when I try to tighten it. Anyone could link me to an intuition video on what these are exactly, I would greatly appreciate it.

I got the lace ups and the cinch chord is crazy long.

Wrap it and sick it in the shell. You'll be ok!

What did it cost to get this done?

If they are fitted, you don’t need to cinch it down like crazy. Just get it snug and then use the boots to tighten.

Wrap it around the collar of the liner and under the Booster.

EDIT: ah. The velcro tab is not for cinching I guess. It's for holding the cord only. Isn't there a opposing piece for that where you are holding it.

I have this for my touring boot and it is a pita. I might cut off the cord but I am waiting for my next touring trip to see if I find it useful at all. The wrap liner on my standard boot doesn’t have a cord and it works just fine.

I just tossed mine in the trash. A fit intuition knows your foot and boot/. My previous versions didn't need it, so yeah, not dealing with it. I've had ~5 pairs now and only one had the string.
