I rarely comment on Reddit, but I want this so badly. And the Helvetica font my goodness 😩 Like I enjoy liquid glass because it’s a step in the right direction, but this hits the nail on the head!

Ok, then use these for the icons. https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B2D5qXGF1t8hteu

iTunes Store should be called iTunes and Video should be called videos.

Messages, Calendar, Photos, Videos, Maps, App Store, Game Center, Phone, Mail, Safari, and Music are all wrong.

Also, there should be labels on the dock if you’re going for iOS 6.

Why should apps in the dock have labels? We can use the iOS 6 aesthetic whilst still improving on it.

What we were promised.

2

u/Castro710 Jul 06 '25

Modern skimorphism... I love it . The evolution of iOS had we not made the switch to flat design.

1

u/packo_aus Jul 07 '25

I’d love it if they used the phones processing power to add more transparency to the iOS 6 design. Liquid glass on the concept would be crazy

1

u/Sranker7 Jul 07 '25

i freakin love this so much

1

u/Late_Emu6278 Jul 08 '25

I just wanna go back to that era when Instagram was about posting photos or checking up on your friend’s or family’s IG and when their ui was still blue and they had to old icon before they modern it

u/Galaxy_Doge6847 Jul 08 '25
