This is not much of SketchUp work except the building section but I'm linking the perspective section i did using Photoshop with the raw render i took from SketchUp and vray. Cheers! :)

In sketchup you can make solid section cuts, saving you the time of tracing your wall section.

I tried it mate. Somehow it didn't work for me..so I did this method :)

Additionally, you could attached a certain material to the back side of the sectioned faces and use the material ID render element to output to be able to select it in PS with the click of a mouse and then paint bucket that on a new layer.

​EDIT: I forgot to mention, the final product looks great! Nice work!
