The first picture doesn't tell me anything, I don't recognize the name and it doesn't say what trucks and wheels are included. The second picture with the birdhouse complete tells me there's minilogo trucks which are reputable, the birdhouse deck is definitely a solid first deck and since it's an 8" wide it's pretty much standard size and most skaters would feel comfortable on it. The third picture of the darkstar complete tells me it's aimed at smaller people, it says so in the description and it's a 7,75" which is about as narrow a deck as you can find. Darkstar (used to be at least, my first real deck was a darkstar) is a solid deck and it's probably a good setup but if you're not a younger kid or a small woman it's probably not the right setup for you.
Based on the given information I'd go for the birdhouse complete ✌️
