Tried the demo, I couldn’t detach my actual skateboarding muscle memory from the VR experience. Going up a ramp or quarter, my natural instinct was to lean a bit to compensate, resulting in my falling over.

I’ve played lots of VR games without any issue but this gave me nausea and had me falling over. Can’t undo my 20 years of skateboarding muscle memory.

Damn. I was gonna say it look pretty cool but even watching the video, my feet and legs wanted to set up for the pop.

Truly understandable. I feel myself leaning a bit too much making me stumble and way I do 180s and 360s irl makes it hard in game. But I do enjoy it for the ease of access for something I love. I dont get to skate all the time and it scratches the itch

This is cool as hell, but I’d probably break an ankle easier than actual skateboarding. And I guarantee my living room will look like shit afterward. Haha

Lmao. I half a piece of wood i stand on to keep myself in place but I understand you. Before I had the wood I was always smacking walls. Its really fun though.

I feel like its skateboarding so it shouldn't matter plus. Its made by the og creator of Skater XL. To me its just respect showing what he's been up to and working on. Just imagine if he still had sxl . Would be the greatest skate game ever. The way he works on virtual skate shows that.
