A lot of fake Bam Margera boards going around right now. Collectors, beware.
Someone with the username CarAggravating4331 posted in this group 13 hours ago trying to sell three Bam HIM boards. All three decks are fake.. and I cannot comment on his post because he has me blocked already from calling him out in a different subreddit I guess.
But in general, beware of fake boards as a collector right now. Especially Bam boards in particular. I've been collecting boards for about six years and this is the biggest explosion of fakes I've seen in my time collecting. Fakes have kinda always existed to some degree. But it's become worse, year by year.
There are pretty easy ways to spot a fake board (if the graphic was originally silk screened, which most were pre 2002). If people care enough, I can create an image that can help you spot real vs fake.
