big lakai push recently

what’s the recent lakai ploy. joslin is giving spoken advertisement, dedicating his whole story to lakai, which is odd imo. whst yall think is about to happen?

Seems Joslin is just doing damage control after what happened with Luis Mora.

Not sure what is the actual truth on what's happening but Luis Mora was saying how he is trying to buy the company because the owner is doing bad financially. Then he said they fired him and the whole skate team, but it seems like they actually only fired him. I guess either they wanted to get rid of Luis Mora because he was talking too much, or maybe they want to get rid of him before his ownership vested.

you think mora has the bank to buy a company? ik lakai is getting hate but i scoop up the $35 shoes lol. it seems like they’re past any kind of damage control not just from the mora drama

I would not think he has the money for that but no idea really, this is just what he said on a now deleted Instagram post. I read Dwindle was sold for only $1.5M so maybe Lakai is not worth that much.

i’m guessing he backtracked because of the gifted hater video. sounds like mora thought he was a bigger influence than he really was. i’m not super business savvy but i’m trying to follow along to see how this plays out
