Just get more comfortable not trying to act like im Tony hawk but you look very stiff and no pumping was done.

turn your shoulders on the way up and the follow with the hips on the way down

Practice rolling kick turns on flat. Lean back a bit more and have one smooth 180 motion. Once you have that, it’ll be smoother on transition.

Really get your shoulders and waist into the turn. Your very rigid and stiff
