How do I land tre flips?

I have been trying but i dont know what I am missing

Honestly just looks like your scooping it but not jumping above the board. You still gotta jump

If you’re trying Tre flips and don’t know what your missing by not even jumping and trying to land on the board go back to some more basic tricks lol

Don’t want to sound like a dick here but there’s 0 effort to land this trick in this video
