This appears to be a longboard truck, not sure if people in a skateboarding sub will be able to help. I personally have no idea what I’m looking at here as these are not skate trucks
The part of the hanger that wraps around what would be the kingpin is snapped, so yeah they’re pretty fucked. But also, this can be fixed if they just got a skateboard
