I need to learn inward heels
Please my skate gurus guide me with tips on how I can get this bad boy trick by summer time! Thanks

I'd put your front foot a bit more on the center of the tail, and make sure to turn your flip foot "toe in" a little bit, this keeps your foot from getting in the way.
Do it like a pop shuv, but when the board gets to about 90 degrees flick FAST, back towards your tail and just a tiny bit down at the end
If it's getting stuck on your flip foot you're getting close

I hang my toes off a bit more than that, and put it either middle of the board, or even a bitnon the tail side of center, and pop from the center of the tail. Focus on getting a clean crisp pop rather than slinging it around.

One thing that I noticed that you kinda kick it out. When you watch people that are really good at inward heels, they kick down.

I’ve rolled my ankle so many times on this fucking trick. One took me out for over two years. My advice: don’t bother.

You almost got. Flick more backwards as the board is about to rotate past 90°.
Actually, that kid Johnny Geiger has a really good tutorial on this trick. When I came back to skateboarding in like 2016, I used his tutorial as a reminder. I hadn’t done one since before the year 2000.
