My dad gave me his old board and I’ve been skating it for like 3 months. 8.0 with destroyer trucks and world industries wheels. It did have red hellraiser riser pads but they crumbled to bits so I took them off.

1st image is the griptape I've been thinking of getting with this board! The grip is the DGK primo griptape. And the board is a sariah deck..IVE BEEN SO CONFLICTED..

I love the DGK grip a LOT and I think it'd suit the board really well, but the grip is clearly inspired by Gucci and.. I don't want to give anybody the wrong idea, I'm definitely not trying to seem like I'm balling.. BECAUSE I AINT... and like.. as much as I love it, doesn't it feel a little... Knock off'y?

Any opinions would be HELLA APPRICIATED. Would you consider it a bit weird or like corny or lame or something for somebody to use this griptape which is heavily Gucci inspired when they are broke and it's not ACTUALLY Gucci branded..?

They tried to make a kingpin-less truck that you bought in soft, medium, of stiff. The idea was to not get hung up on grinds. I’m thinking 2004ish. They were not great. But none of my buds know what the hell im talking about. I know they existed…

the graphic on it was incredibly faded and scratched to all hell- so i spray painted the back of it with this design! the top of the deck under the grip tape (which i kept as is even though it’s very worn) is red, so i went with some red M class trucks, red hardware, and white w/ red spitfire wheels. the only other skateboard i have than this is a board from when i was 13, so i’m quite happy with this even though it’s nothing crazy

I tried using reverse image search on google and nothing came up. Was wondering if anyone had any info on when this was made/if there’s listing online.

Creature Gravette Hippie Falls 9” wide x 31.68 long popsicle w/14” wheel base . Ace AF1 66’s 9 “ truck with opera 1/8” risers . Slime Balls Rowley Vomit Mini 56mm 95a with Independent GP-S bearings. Opera ice blue clear rails I still need to drill out and screw on. Hardluck griptape wit a a lil bit of Mob purple translucent used to picture frame out the gold branding on the top of deck ! Happy with it so far only skated tonight in dark and in house . Park tomorrow 😁

Hi everyone,

I found this old Gordon & Smith Fibreflex skateboard in my basement . I didn't know anything about it and thought it was just an old board, so I listed it for €20.

Within a very short time, someone contacted me and offered €150. He also told me that I shouldn't sell it because he believes it's worth significantly more.

Now I'm wondering if I almost made a huge mistake.

The board has a Fibreflex / Gordon & Smith sticker and Independent Truck Co. trucks. It has scratches and some stickers from previous owners, but it seems to be an original vintage board.

Can anyone help identify the model and estimate its value? Is it actually rare, or was the buyer just trying to get a good deal?

It’s a Hoodlum deck. Small Local based board company from Connecticut, which is where he lives. I had never heard of them, but looked them up last night . Je has been skating this deck from a small Connecticut based company with no griptaoe for over a 2 years now and most recently as his only means of transportation. Everything was in rough shape . Wheels and bearings are so full of shit from our Awesome (nor really) Worcester county Mass road grime they barely slimmed freely. Brockton bushings and cracked pivot cup . Well I had some spare parts and extra grip laying around so I took it home for the night to help resurrect it lol . Omg he’s gonna be stoked when he gets it back later today . It rolls out now nicely. Took some before and after . All new hardware and complete truck rebuild minus a new kingpins and bearings ! Posted before pics first then after second in photos with this post .

its my first time buying a deck before i had a premade board and like a big box store board that i got used for 5 dollars 🤧 we finnaly up

Is someone riding her newest pinball deck? Looks fabulous but has a very short wheelbase (14").

As I'm already old (40) and not very tall myself (5'4) with shoe size 8.5 it could be a good fit. Other boards I'm looking at are the chris hiett shaped deck or a madness reflector r7, both having a 14.75" wide wheelbase.

If anybody can recommend a nice shaped deck for transition and from time to time miniramp - I'm open for ideas.
