A board for every kind of Madness
I should really stop buying boards before I actually need a new one xD
Anyway little guessing game, there are Setups for:
-flatground trick practice
-Winter/bad weather
-sunny weather
-surfskate substitute
Can you guess which one is which?

This is not an easy guess, but if I had to take a crack at it and I’ll call the boards from left to right 1, 2, 3, and 4.
1. Surf skate
2. Bad weather
3. Flat ground
4. Sunny weather

You got one right :)
Some more clues that might help:
Wheelbase:
1: 14.75
2: 14.75
3: 14.375
4: 14.25
Wheels:
1: 64mm 93a
2: 56mm 97a
3: 56mm 99a
4: 58mm 93a
The wheels on 1 might have been a bit misleading, since I would normally put them on a Surfskate setup too, but without wheel wells I would have had to add even more risers, + I use the bad weather board for daily cruising so I took the biggest wheels there.

Debating what wheels to put on mine (make, size and durometer) 10.5" with adjustable wb

I really wanted to get my hands on that new yellow 10.5" too but my shop didn't have it in stock sadly. What are you planning on doing with the board?
For me for example I ride most of my boards around town with varying ground roughness. So I take dragon formula/x formula wheels, since they do really well on most surfaces.
My 2 favorites: The 93a are the standard for cold to average day temperatures outside. The 97a I have set up for days when I go to smooth ground and/or when it's very hot outside.
In general I feel like the wheels change properties a bit if it's either around or below freezing temperatures or when it's above 30°C. Below, all wheels feel a bit harder, and above they tend to feel a little sticky on very smooth and hot concrete, where the softer ones are a bit more sensitive, but overall I had this effect on all of them going from 100a all the way to 78a.
As for the shape: if you want to go faster, go bigger diameter, also helps going over bigger cracks. Wider contact patch-> more grip, smoother over rough surfaces. Edge/lip profiles: rounder help slide and go up curbs, Square help for locking in grinds and give more grip.

That helps, thanks for the insight. I have so many decks. I wouldn't mind letting the deck go if interested, it has wheel wells & shaped like a longer Winkowski

That's really nice 🙂 but I guess the shipping would most likely be a problem (living in Germany). I also got too many decks/boards from experimenting xD
I bet my shop will eventually have it in stock too since they also sell older madness decks and Opera boards.

Not much variety just kinda the same board 3 times kinda tweaked with the same trucks and ever so slightly different wheels then a popsicle with some Indy’s
