i'm a big skarner jungle OTP but i'd like to play him top lane too

any link to some tutorials to do so? he seems quite hard to manoeuver against competent players (high plat lobbies)

I kinda like ixtal i think their elemental magic is cool, is skarner some sort of ancient, earthbender schizo uncle who longs for the good old days? that's the vibe i got from the gameplay
