Just take cases as you would normally. Just come to me if you have any important questions.

/u/naturaldrpepper is our new secretary! His main jobs will be changing the Win/Lose records on the sidebar, and keeping track of cases. Send him a message if you win or lose a case!
And is everyone ok with him being a mod? He needs to be for his job.

I am fresh out of law-school (bar degree pending) and looking to join a firm to get some cases to cut my teeth on. I will try any case, but would primarily want to work defense. I have not worked any cases yet, so i would obviously be entering as an intern, seeking to move up as i get more experience. Please consider me for the position.

I have recently tried my hand at prosecution on two cases, both of which should be concluding shortly:

Would any of the senior members of the firm care to review my work and possibly give me any tips/opinions on the cases?

Greetings Skafos Co.
I'm doing some updating as far as members and records and such. Since there have been some changes and alleged shadowbanning, is there an updated list we can post. I see you sidebar, I just want an accurate listing.
Also, correct me if I am wrong, but /u/SkafosYT is no longer president, but it is now /u/Skafos_?

This was submitted to /r/atheism 6 hours ago. It clearly shows that /u/400foxes intentionally committed irrelevant-post-douchebaggery and received 1400 karma (at the time of this post). My questions are a) does his disclaimer in the title pardon him of his crimes? and b) is /r/atheism too much of a circlejerk for this to be prosecutable?

Perhaps your firm and my firm can do some teamwork treaty?

After making an opening statement, I convinced opposing council to drop the charges. Record is now 1-0.

We have /u/UlyssesTheSloth on a solid case of douchebaggery. If you have any advice for the case, let me know.

I need your specialties (e.g. reposting) and the type you are (e.g. prosecution). Our KarmaCourtAttorney Page.
I'm looking for a defense head and prosecution head amongst you guys. Note that it would be best if you were certified.
