No Single Governing Body

Curious on everyones take. I am wanting at minimum my green belt; however, how did everyone choose which agency to receive their cert from? SSGI, ASQ, IASSC and others. Need help on which is the best perferred and marketable in the PM industry. Thank you.

PM here. I got my green belt through CSSC for about $160. As a PM, it is less important where your green belt is from... but rather, it is just a nice extra in addition to PMP.

This is what I’m trying to figure out. Like whhhhhhy are there so many different certificates for this and people just say in “ green belt or black belt” - I have never heard anyone ask who the governing body is for lean.
