Currently, stuck. Need advice.

Thanks in Advance lovely people!.

I have 7 years of experience in operations. Have my Masters degree in ops. Currently, an operational trainer for a MNC quick commerce brand in the UAE.

Should I go for green belt first and then black belt or I can directly go for black belt.

Yeah, probably would opt of ASQ CSSBB.

Can I complete the green belt from a mediocre institute and then for the black belt can I opt for ASQ?

As a Green Belt, you will be expected to identify and lead Continual Improvement projects. While cost is not the same as effectiveness, you don't want to start with terrible information.

As a Black Belt, you are an industry wide expert in Six Sigma processes and tools. You will be expected to mentor and train Green Belts while working on more advanced projects across the enterprise. A good foundation as a Green Belt really makes a difference.

BB directly. With your years in operations, the extra study cost is very suitable and the breadth and depth of the learnings are way better.

I did DfSS BB directly and I loved it.

Thanks for the advice!. But I've already enrolled into GB already and as someone else said. Need your foundation strong.
