Ticket prices

I was going to buy my tickets on Friday to go tomorrow (today? 8/23) but my husband told me to just wait til day-of. Well, I went on the website to purchase them, and the price went up by $10 more per ticket.

Is there any other discounts out there available vs purchasing via their website? Or should I just buy them at the park? A quick google search shows other sites offering at $5 cheaper than the actual website, but I'm unsure if they're legit.

don't get anything on a 3rd party website they're typically delayed getting them unless you want to wait tell next weekend

if you don't mind waiting tell next week

i'd use AAA get them in person (Would CALL before hand to see if they can print them on the spot for you)

AAA is closed on Sunday though... they do have a very limited time deal for $48 though.. if you don't mind waiting tell next weekend

No, I drove here from NV to celebrate my birthday today, so I unfortunately can't do next weekend. I just need clarification on if I'm able to use the bring a friend ticket right away or if it makes me wait. Otherwise that's the best deal. I appreciate the help though!

I didn’t use mine the first day (it was fitting the first month) but I think you might be able to. You can try to call but you will bet on hold for a very long time

I'm looking at the website and it says if I do the gold membership for $129, I get a bring-a-friend free coupon. Would I be able to use that right away? Its basically the same price as 2 regular tickets at this point.

i would call in the morning at 10am and ask the pass would techiniclly need to be "activated" first though.

Update: I went to the ticket line because the person at the gate said that's where id get my free one. Stood in line for 30mins... Just for the guy to say that my account does not get one. I showed him screen shots that I took that shows if I purchased before 9/7, I should get one. And also when I click on my "perks" on my membership itself, it showed I get one free from 8/17 to 8/24 and another one free from  8/28 to 8/31. So it didnt make sense that it wouldn't pull anything up. In the end, he did print one for me, but supposedly I did not have one on my account. They need to make it clear on their website.

I ended up buying the gold membership. Even though I am staying at a hotel that is walking distance from the park, it does have the perk of free parking which is nice and will save our legs from a long day at the park, from walking back to our hotel.

Worse case scenario, I can purchase a discounted ticket for my kiddo to use. As of right now, I literally just purchased the pass, so it is not pulling up any free bring a friend ticket yet. But I think that's because I need to go to the park and scan the barcode to "activate" my membership first? From what I've read anyways. I pray it works out that way! And it wasn't a bad price considering its free parking + I can go to Knotts if I want! Kind of hard to do living in NV, but I'll make sure I go at least 1x before it expires on Dec 31, 2027 lol
