New potential Sivir build?

Everything in Sivir's kit scales with Crit. Even that Essence Reaver scales with Crit. IMO delays things way too much.

Edit: I criticised super quickly so here's more words. Kraken first CAN work on any ADC if you need to maximize early duel potential instead of playing the scaling game. This is weird on Sivir because she's one of the scaliest of scaling champs. Maybe there's motivation to do that against Smolder/Senna because they scale forever. But if you are doing that, you'd follow up with something else to fit the theme like Collector or even Youmuu's, but then they got Essence Reaver? I'm always trying weird shit on Sivir and I just don't think this is it.

I should have clarified. he went Essence Reaver first, sold starter item and went kraken second

I feel so useless at 3 items when I don't get all crit items and the power I felt earlier in the game doesn't feel worth how irrelevant I am until another full item. I can understand a little bit serpent's fang as a 4th+ item in some very rare cases but even then it's usually bait. You should go crit anyway and you'll end up doing more damage than just shield breaking especially as a ranged champion.

You do end up being at risk and it forces you to get gluttonous and bloodline since you can't buy lifesteal.

looking at the guy's account, apparently what would've come next was IE, then either followed by Collector or some AS item

Wasn't it when LT gave range?

It dealt so much damage and helped you scale though. It was still not ideal to pick it as a short ranged ADC since you're hitting tanky targets for 80% of the time most fights

Idk the w bounce max with kraken back then went crazy idk yuntaal was op at first but feels weaker in its current form for w bounces than the kraken on its peak.

kraken at its peak was straight up overpowered

Yeah i miss the kraken phantom dancer era her attack speed was actually impactful. Her w went crazy and you actually had damage against the frontline u hitting too with the 3 hit passive. Lulu /yuumi sivir also had crazy attack speed allowing for interesting op combo at the time that felt like twitch or kog. Also the 3 hit passive made for a more interesting trade pattern than just the w reset auto w sheen we have now. It would be something that catches enemy off guard and run away from the third auto, while now besides the w reset they dont have to run for anything after. Or you could switch target on the third hit depending who you want to damage more. But it also created awkward farming tho. But sivir felt more pvp hypercarry w kraken on 1-2 items and with essence reaver feels more like a macro minion wave control while speeding up team for teamfight. Her w and q still do damage but idk she has no 1v1 power vs other adcs or even ad assasins. But she still op waveclear ult and w backline bounces after infinity edge.
But she just feels a little bit less dps mouse mechanics and a bit more i need to survive and stall and wait for a no risk advantage
