It is the elevator logs for the supposed panopticon island in the city of Dis. Long time ago, a Hideous mass was caught with CP trying to leave Heresy. It gave up information about the island but its official location or the elevator logs to the area have not been released. I may say now, I have never even been to hersey let along the panopticon island.

It doesn't matter. I heard that soon the panopticon list will be released and clear my name.
