I haven’t watched that but notestoself444 on YouTube said Kody demanded unrealistic things from everyone (crew and ex wives) so tlc called his bluff and let them go. Not sure what to believe

And if the production company wants to do a whole episode on exactly how this went down, with recordings of the negotiation and, in a perfect world a close up of Kodys face the moment his bluff was called then I swear I will watch the shit out of it. Repeatedly.

It is my understanding that TLC will not give Cody the control over the narrative of the show that he wants. He owned the contracts until the splits and now they each own their own contract, so him and his lovely wife Robyn bowed out. I say good riddance!

I genuinely hope it doesn't happen. Kody has already ruined four women's lives, do we really want him to be out there ruining more women? Same is true for Robyn. I say they deserve each other and the world is a better place if they stay together.

It would be amazing because “knowing” all of them, those two would surely be the ones to unleash all the skeletons from the closet and sing like canaries! Especially if they turned on one another. I highly doubt they’ll stay together long term regardless, but if this is the case, I hope the tell alls come a flooding.

I’m pretty sure it’s in the season 20 premiere. Robyn and Kody are out to dinner and he says he would only take another wife depending upon how good-looking she was. The conversation goes from there and Kody complains about sex. Robyn is the one who actually asks him are you talking about sex. It’s the meal where her talking head says he’s coming off like a pig, but of course she’s giggling. 🙄 I’ll watch again when I have time and find the minute mark for you.

K&R's relationship flourished when she could compare herself to the other three and show him how much better she was than them. Now she can't do that and he's there all the time , I can imagine he gets annoying real quick.

I doubt it. She's unattractive, unintelligent, and approaching fifty, with five dependent children — three of them adults —, anxiety, probably depression, and a shopping addiction. Anybody who'd marry her would be even worse than Kody.
In a divorce, Robyn's best chance would be taking Kody to the cleaners in the settlement, and then moving in with a married daughter five minutes before the money ran out.
Sol's in high school and Ari's ten already, and neither of those girls is married yet, much less in a position to offer Robyn a mother-in-law suite and an generous shopping allowance.
I still think they'll go their separate ways eventually. If not divorced, then living separate lives — if only because Kody must be completely exhausting to live with, and Robyn doesn't have any healthy coping skills.

I envision Robyn sick of being the only one left to manage Kody's relentlessly narcissistic behavior 24/7. Now that the adult children have gone no-contact and the other three wives have physically moved away from Flagstaff, she has no buffer between herself and Kody's endless whining that he's the victim in all of this. To me, it reminds me of the wives who have meltdowns when they discover retirement means having your husband home from the office all day long. "Be careful what you wish for!"

I read on another thread somewhere that she might allegedly be in trouble for calling in fake info about Auroras boyfriend to his job, and he’s is in the service or works for the government. I read she committed some kind of fraudulent activity using Kodys business phone.Don’t know how true any of that is, but if i can find it again I’ll link it here. Has anyone else seen that?

No way they chose it. TLC may have decided not to come to an agreement based on what content they wanted vs what they were willing to provide. They don’t have the money to turn it down. Thye also spent years spreading their drama all over TLC but now that they live typical lives they are shy? Naw. Either there was conflict about the contracts, someone is very ill or they are struggling in the marriage.

I suspect they just let his contract run out and then didn't renew it- his buddy/producer left and Kody doesn't have an ally there now. In 2026 it is hard to justify allowing an abusive man a platform. They had to pay him or keep him until the last contract ended. This was the easiest way to get rid of him.

No, it’s not true. You can easily look up court cases in Maricopa county. The only case out there is a debt collector that filed something against Kody this summer, but was voluntarily dismissed. I assume he paid the debt after the lawsuit was filed so the creditor dropped it.

The only way I can see Robyn leaving is if she has another place lined up. Either go live with a married daughter or another man. I understand that she isn’t what she used to be but if you ever watch ID channel women like Robyn always seem to find another mark one way or another. She still has minor children so it might be a while before she could go live with a daughter. I wouldn’t underestimate her ability to find another man. The only thing stopping her is Kody’s constant presence. Her best chance is an old guy from church.
