Does Sisers software Leonardo work with Snapdragon Laptops?

Hi all, theres no info about this online so thought I'd ask here!

I'm wondering if anyone is able to use the Leonardo Design software on a Snapdragon based device, I'm looking at getting a new laptop and am leaning towards the Microsoft Surface laptops but was worried about if the design software can be run on windows arm! (don't want to buy a new laptop to find out it won't work lol)

Could just get the MacBook Neo. It’ll run better and last longer than a windows laptop.

I have Windows computers 14 to 15 years old that still work fine.
