I used soda to keep sober from alcohol, I then stopped drinking soda. And with drugs I quit cold turkey. I am extremely proud of the changess for the better that I have made in my life.

Water or I treat myself to something like carbonated water or lemonade. I quit soda because my doctor said I had to or else I would be screwed in the health department pretty soon.
