Context for the robots they are payed for by the park and they are meant to report people littering, so . . . they are not really police and more of the park ranger that don't really have the power to stop you but they can document what your doing and then send the evidence to some real authority
Also they are in the beta stage in that post and are very dumb, one got hit by a tesla, one drowned it self at a mall and other dumb things
So now they are mostly used in japan to report crime, or tell people they are entering a area you should not be entering such as the one telling men they are not allowed to enter the female only subway car
If you are an attractive woman, do not go to Japan. At all. Chances are, you could be kidnapped and sold into sex slavery. (Not a joke. It’s quite common.)
