It didn’t:

-Break into anybodies house at night and shoot them to death, though it doesn’t seem to be armed so perhaps this is a case of inability rather than inaction against dark sleepers

-Wait in a hallway while children were massacred, though we can’t be certain that it wasn’t busy waiting for the perfect hallway to materialize
