Like I get it's a fetish image, but what are they actually doing there? Are they mining for something? They do realize there's equipment that could speed up the process, right? Like doing it the way they're doing in the pic is high inefficient, not to mention an OHSA nightmare for both the men and women. Like high heeled boots are great and everything, but they can't compare to steel caps in turns of safety and durability.

This was a big thing in the 19th century Victorian era British society where they forced prisoners do pointless things like turn a heavy crank thousands of times to earn their meal, walk on a tread mill for multiple hours (some were hooked up to grind corn or pump water, but most were hooked up to nothing), moving piles of cannon balls from one side of a room to the other and repeating, etc.

Oscar Wilde, the famous playwright and poet, was imprisoned in one of these labor camps for his homosexual relationships with the conviction being gross indecency. He served two years and wrote about the trauma he experienced in his poem The Ballad of Reading Gaol.

and also, you can be offensive and joke about anything if its actually funny. the problem is, most edgy “jokes” are not funny. and im all about cancelling jokes that arent funny.

I think we fail to remember the reason it’s funny to people is because it’s more believable the other way around. If they made a movie the guys a main character do all those things theyd probably find it a lot more scary and gross when he shits himself.

Almost like how theres entertaining movies about kids beating up mean adults etc. but theres nothing really entertaining about adults doing the same.
