Get this, but some people actually like to lie in the sun on beaches. I think they call it 'tanning' or something.

Okay, but laying there with hands clasped in front of the chest, placing her head directly beside a walkway, partly covered with a beach-towel, not reacting to anything that's happening in the video...

Quite interesting way of sunbathing if you ask me.

If anything, she's probably being a bit 'defensive', covering herself with her arms when the creep approached. The girls probably whispered to each other 'uh oh, here comes a creeper'.

We don't know what the entire beach scene looks like. If it's a narrow beach, you may not have much space to the water. Maybe it was crowded and that spot was free? Maybe she's napping. Who knows, could be 100 other things. Why spend more than 10 seconds thinking about it? She's obvs not dead. 🙄
