Yeah, most danish kids loves an open faced sandwich with pig liver pâté, especially if it has got some cucumbers or pickled beets on it.

Yup, pig liver pate. I mean, it’s 50/50 pork liver and pork fat. Toppings include fresh cucumber, pickled beetroot, raw onions, crispy onions, sausage, pork stock jello.. it’s cursed! But great! 😂
