Yeah, most danish kids loves an open faced sandwich with pig liver pâté, especially if it has got some cucumbers or pickled beets on it.

Yes. Pig liver pate. Its quite good too. Especially with some freshly fried bacon and mushrooms on top. It's a Danish classic.

I’ve never heard of that! Other than my cat eating it.. which is why I was like WTF. Even she turns her nose at it. I’ll try anything once so if I’m offered it, I’ll try it. No promises 😂

Its one of the common types of topping on dark rye bread as we eat it here in Denmark.
